History
Alternia
Eridan was considered royalty on Alternia. Most of his time was spent letting that go to his head. He would play FLARP; both as a display of dominance over the landdwelling trolls, and in order to help feed a massive, monstrous guardian living beneath the ocean. Even before SGRUB, Eridan was aleady a well-established killer. Of course, for trolls, that's actually a good thing! Less of a good thing: one of his biggest hobbies was commissioning elaborate doomsday devices in order to finally murder all of the lowblooded landdwellers. (Except his friends, obviously...)
SGRUB Eridan joined SGRUB and immediately made a mess of his game. When arriving at the Land of Wrath and Angels, Eridan promptly began murdering the angels that populated the land. These angels were game constructs meant to help him, and only started attacking him after he started it. Nobody came to visit his land, mostly because the angels would murder anyone who tried to show up. Eridan took this personally.
The Meteor Once the trolls began hiding from Jack Noir on a meteor, Eridan basically became the wworst. Already feeling isolated from his friends, Eridan becan to develop a new plan for survival. Declaring all hope to be lost, Eridan announced that he would be joining Jack Noir in an attempt to save his life, and encouraged his friends to join him. Eridan wound up killing two friends in the blowout, knocking out a third and destroying the Matriorb, the only chance to ressurrect the troll race. However, before he could find Jack and offer an alliance, Kanaya debunked him in half with her chainsaw.

You look at this guy and think, "Now there is a hipster douchebag if I've ever seen one before." His two aesthetics are "disaffected youth" and "problematic wizard franchise.""
Physical Features Eridan is an approximately 13 y/o Alternian troll. He has gray skin, black hair with a colorful purple stripe up the middle, and candy-corn colored horns in the shape of lightning bolts. His eyes are black with yellow scelera. As a seadwelling troll, Eridan has fins on either side of his face, as well as gills to allow him to breathe underwater.
Clothing & Style He wears black-rimmed hipster glasses, multiple ostentatious rings, and his blue-striped scarf. His basic outfit involves a long-sleeved black shirt with his symbol on it (♒) and skinny jeans with blue/black stripes. Currently, said shirt and scarf have been cropped by a recent encounter with a fashionable chainsaw. He's also known to wear any elaborate getup he can get his ands on, up to and including rejected Catholic schoolgirl outfits.
